During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the spacious and well-decorated room that had a huge bathtub. I also appreciated the delicious buffet breakfast with many options to choose from. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport which was very convenient.
The location was not ideal as there were no attractions within walking distance and taxis sometimes had difficulty finding the hotel. some staff members struggled with English which made communication challenging at times.

room was very big, bigger then in most harbin hotels. the buffet breakfast was one of the best in china. it is near to the airport. staff was kindly, you should know it.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool and the sauna were fantastic. the spa centre was impeccable and I felt completely relaxed after a treatment. the private facilities in my room were amazing, providing me with all the comfort I needed. the location advantages were great, being close to many attractions.
The bar/lounge area could have been better. the selection of drinks was limited and the prices were very expensive.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel to the airport was a great perk. The buffet dinner was a huge plus, especially with alcoholic beverages included. The hotel rooms were well-equipped with ample space and a comfortable bed.
The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was far from the downtown area. The language barrier was a bit difficult to overcome, with most staff members only speaking Chinese.

The hotel is located in a new district, with big and well-equipped rooms, clear swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. it's far from downtown and with no attractions nearby. Staff seems kind and breakfast has plenty of choices. the bed is comfortable and the room was big with a huge tub, but there were some small issues with it, as it smelled cigarette and some lights didn't work properly.
The elevator situation in the lobby is annoying and confusing, with one elevator not reaching the entrance floor.
